The paper proposed a design scheme of management type switch which is configured by embedded micro-controller LPC2368 through SMI.Taking RTL8306E switch as example, it introduced design of hardware and software of BLACK PEPPER GROUND interface circuit of RTL8306E and LPC2368 in details.The industrial test result showed that the switch realizes various TV Mounting Brackets interface modes of SNMP, TELNET, Web and CONSOLE and reaches design requirements with stable and reliable performances.
